With "Professional Development, Interactive Sharing" as our guiding direction, the Staff Professional Development Team provides diversified training activities for our colleagues.

Induction Training for New Staff The school provides training courses for new staff, such as Orientation and Mobility, Low Vision Training, Braille, and Lifting and Transfer techniques, to help staff adapt to the developmental needs of students and the school as quickly as possible.

Annual Thematic Training Enhancing colleagues' professional knowledge and skills through annual thematic training sessions and workshops.

Learning and Teaching Development Promoting the development of learning and teaching and the enhancement of professional skills through teaching sharing in specific areas, collaborative lesson planning, and peer lesson observation.

Teaching Media Exchange Teachers share self-made teaching aids and student case studies, demonstrating different teaching media to facilitate mutual sharing and exchange.

Middle Management Training Conducting training workshops for middle management to enhance leadership and management skills.

External Professional Training Arranging for staff to participate in various external professional training courses, such as Learning Circles, medical seminars, and Healthy School programs, to equip staff with professional knowledge and skills to assist students' growth and develop positive life attitudes.

Professional Exchange Conducting visits and exchanges with teachers from other schools and special schools in the Mainland.
