Student Work

  • Follow up on support services for student admission and school leaving.
  • Responsible for referrals and assessments for adult services for students.
  • Hold regular student case meetings to discuss education and rehabilitation plans with various departments and parents.
  • Provide student counseling and support; including case counseling, social skills, and personal growth groups.
  • Handle Education Bureau documents and applications for various welfare services.

Parent Work

  • Provide parent consultation, counseling, and referral services to help parents effectively handle personal, family, and children's learning needs, thereby alleviating caregiving pressure.
  • Coordinate parent-staff and parent-volunteer activities to promote home-school cooperation and communication.
  • Regularly organize family activities, parent groups, and parent training activities to foster cooperation among parents and between parents and the school. 

Community Connections

  • Coordinate and organize volunteer services at school to encourage students to actively engage in the community.
  • Host visits for groups and parents to enhance community understanding and acceptance of people with visual and intellectual disabilities, promoting the goal of social inclusion.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation and special education organizations to organize exchange activities for professional knowledge sharing.
