- Follow up on support services for student admission and school leaving.
- Responsible for referrals and assessments for adult services for students.

- Handle Education Bureau documents and applications for various welfare services.
Parent Work
- Provide parent consultation, counseling, and referral services to help parents effectively handle personal, family, and children's learning needs, thereby alleviating caregiving pressure.
- Coordinate parent-staff and parent-volunteer activities to promote home-school cooperation and communication.
- Regularly organize family activities, parent groups, and parent training activities to foster cooperation among parents and between parents and the school.
Community Connections
- Coordinate and organize volunteer services at school to encourage students to actively engage in the community.
- Host visits for groups and parents to enhance community understanding and acceptance of people with visual and intellectual disabilities, promoting the goal of social inclusion.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and special education organizations to organize exchange activities for professional knowledge sharing.
